The Farm at Bantam Brook
At Bantam Brook Culinary Cottage we are committed to sourcing organic and locally producted meats, dairy, fruits and vegetables. With Bantam Brook Farm we grow many of these items ourselves.
Bantam Brook Farm's orchard is planted with peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, apples, pears and quince. Our ever berring strawberries are ripe for the picking spring, summer and fall. And don't forget the tomatoes, asparagus, green beans, pumpkins and sunflowers .. just to name a few!
The Farm's laying hens are out in the gardens free ranging and have been laying eggs since October of 2015. Keep an eye on our pastures as we have pastured raised meat chickens and turkeys out there weather permitting.
By spring 2018 we hope to have our first group of sheep and have a new flock of lambs grazing the pastures.
